2. Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any post, comment, or account that violates these terms. Repeated offenses will result in a permanent ban.

3. Liability
UTD Confession is an independent community platform. We are not legally affiliated with The University of Texas at Dallas. The views expressed on this platform do not represent the creators.

4. Misuse of the Platform
Any attempt to manipulate the platform, bypass bans, scrape content, or negatively impact system performance is prohibited.
